I’m still hopelessly devoted to you, and absolutely in love with you. I adore you, but I don’t want you to think that I think you’re better than me, or that you’re perfect. We both hurt each other, and in a lot of ways I know we both deserve better. I really did want the best for you though – and I wanted to help you see that life could be more fun. You were practical, I was whimsical, and I thought we would balance each other out nicely.

I appreciate everything you’ve done for me. But I need to be with someone who values my contributions too. If you ever decide that that is you, I would love to work things through. Just don’t wait until I’ve found someone new.
