I will always respect you and be polite but my self-respect comes first and it’s time to move on.
It hurts like hell to do it like this but meeting and sitting down with you to discuss us would open all those wounds again and I just can’t handle it.
After your drunk texting, I’m doubting your intentions. It hurts to hear you’re struggling but you need to close the door without my help.
Our love will always live in our hearts and the memories will replay in our minds for a while still. Although the pain is unbearable at times, we learn to live with it. Time heals, I believe.
