Once in a while I can’t sleep. Every time that happens, I can’t do anything but think about you. All the bad times. All the good times. We were totally wrong for each other and we both knew it. We fell in love so hard and so fast that nothing else mattered. All the fighting, the differences, the crying, the pain…none of it mattered because you and I knew that we loved each other in a way no one could describe.

To this day I haven’t felt anything close to what we had with anyone else. Not because I’m not over you or the pain of our end, but because what we had was that intense.

You said to me once when we ran into each other “I don’t think I’ll ever love anyone the way I loved you.” I knew exactly what you meant because I feel the same.

I do miss you sometimes. It’s gotten easier. I actually go whole days without something reminding me of you.

I will never forget you. I will never forget us. I pray for you and always hope you’re doing ok.
