I gotta say even by your standards this last episode was bad and quite unbelievable. I’m pretty forgiving, especially given our history and me always kinda welcoming you back into my life as a friend, and I thought we had moved past our history. 

What you just did was traumatic and set me back a decade of healing. I don’t know what caused the inner wounds that you carry around with you before we met, I dont know what demons you are carrying, I dont know what can possibly motivate you to act in such a selfish self absorbed way with no regard for how anyone else around you might feel. 

What I do know is you just lost someone who knew you better than anyone, someone who has completely given up on you having any role in his life, because it is quite clear you are toxic and haven’t grown one bit in the time since I first met you. While I undertook counselling after our breakup, and later did years of inner work to address the trauma that I carried around, you relied on your looks, your fake empathy and your high intelligence to get away with inflicting damage on other people.

You just showed me who you really were and to be honest it was quite scary. You are a vampire who feeds on external validation and then discards the people around you. I did still care about you and a part of me still loved you but I cant have you in my life anymore because you showed me who you really were and finally I believe you. 

I hope you get the help you need so you can learn to love yourself and accept love from those who care for you.
