All I really want for Christmas right now is to really feel at peace about everything. To have the lines of communication open. Perhaps we could attempt starting over as friends, slowly, in the new year. I know you’d be proud of me for progress I’ve made in my own personal life, making new friends and experiencing new things. Maybe you already are. I hope so. It’d be nice to have you verbalize it.

Why don’t you open the lines of communication? What is stopping you? Did this person cut you out of their life? Sounds like this person is very important to you.
