I don’t really know how to say what I wish to convey to you.

I saw your profile the other day, and knew that it was you.

I don’t know if you would ever want to hear from me again, but I would never forgive myself if I did not at least try to reach out to you.

All I can say is that you have never left my mind for any long period of time even after all these years have gone by.

I am so sorry for everything, and I am glad to see that you have done well.

Don’t worry, I’m not a stalker. I just wanted to reach out and apologize, and to let you know that you always have and always will mean a great deal to me, even though we only spent about a year together.

It is a time that I will never forget.

Please at least let me know if and when you get this message, just so I know that you have seen it.

I just couldn’t let the rest of our lives go by without trying to contact you again, and I hope you understand.
