Dear Ex,

I hope you get all the good things in life that  you say you deserve. You were my first actual relationship and it was very important to me, yet you did not shared the same excitement. I only wish you the best since at the end of the day, it was just not meant to be. I know I should have left along time ago, but I still stayed because I was not ready to let go. It is bittersweet to think how happy this will actually make us eventually. Thank you for doing what I couldn’t H.
